microwave chili
this is good served with grated cheese, i like to dip corn chips in it as well
4-6 servings 28 min 10 min prep

1 lb chop meat
1 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
3 tablespoons chili powder
chopped onions
chopped bell peppers, to taste
cumin
salt
pepper

brown beef in microwavable bowl.
add onions, peppers, tomatoes w/juice, beans w/juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
microwave at 70 for 9 minutes.
stir and microwave at 70 for 9 minutes
