Annual Check Up Jul 6th, 2008, 10:14pm   Sooo, had that annual check up. All the numbers were good. Blood pressure, cholesterol levels, blood sugar, etc were all normal.  The only one I am still working on is that lovely BMI number. Turns out in order to meet the BMI number for my height, I need to weigh what I did in high school. Yeah right!!!! I am getting back into shape. But to get back to the size I was 25 years ago??????   Or is it really possible .....
