You know, in the pursuit of getting in shape it is often easy to forget an important part of good health. And that is our mental and emotional health.

You can eat a healthy diet and exercise, but if you don't learn to control stress and anger ... you can still end up with plenty of health problems.

Find ways to simplify your life, to find pleasure in every day things, forgive people, resolve conflicts with family & friends, if necessary take an anger management class, take up a calming hobby: walking, yoga, reading, playing an instrument, or simply listening to music.

Learn to love life and truly live it!  Smiley

I find that if you eat right and exercise on a regular basis that you will not only improve your physical health but your mental health as well. Feeling fit and healthy makes a person feel happy and proud of their accomplishments. So if you eat well, you'll feel fell.
