I love the outdoors air and sun, so getting in some outdoor exercise (especially in nature areas) would be my favorite way of staying fit and clear-headed.

Some people attach bikes to the back of their rigs, and there are also fold-able bikes that could be kept clean and dry and safe inside the cab too.

In case of any 34 hour restarts, or long rests, there are also 'motorized bicycles'.  The gas engines can get 25mph and 70miles distance you could take a nice ride, pedaling whenever you want, or cruising when you want to relax and enjoy the scenery.

get the most mileage from your driving, and from your stops too Wink

Does anyone here use a bike on breaks?

I don't carry a bike on the truck. But I do LOVE to bike ride. It is a favorite thing to do for my husband and me. When we are home, during nice weather, we like to bike ride in our neighborhood in the late afternoon. It's a nice way to wind down before evening.

Like you, I do see them on the back of trucks sometimes.
