hello eveyone I lost 225 lbs. in 17 months with my diet & fittness plan and drive a truck ! being overweight don't have to be part of the job ! fast food is the fastest way to get overweight and their are no good fast food out their driver . much of the problem is the fat cal's in fast food for instance one mcdonalds hamberger has about 2000 cal's and that's just the Berger that's a daily amount that you should eat in a three meal day . and the fat cal's are way up their and fat cal's store up in you becouse the only way to get rid of fat is to burn the fat (exercize) that you can't do driveing a truck . in my diet I eat high protein, high fiber and low carb ,low sugar food and it's all bought at home are walmart on the road . I don't cook it all my food is can stuff and it is important to buy no salt added or low sodium becouse can stuff has higher sodium levels but if you use the no salt type it's sodium level is aceptable in your daily level . also I use supplements that help fish, flaxseed and borage oil , one aday weight smart, biotin ,b-6 ,b-12 water before meals is very important and if you drink mt. dew use diet dew evey 1 liter dew has 420 cal's diet has 0  on fittness walking is very helpful and get some dumbells you can do a lot with them to burn off cal's right in the truck if you need support just google me (dogmandiet) I'll be glad to help always free to drivers Dogman Smiley
